Thermal viewer FORTUNA GENERAL BINOCULAR has two eyepieces for binocular vision, which accelerates significantly the detection and recognition of the target. If necessary the thermal viewer can be mounted on the helmet/head for fast free-handed maneuver.

The thermal viewer is protected against water and dust and features IP66 protection class. The device has a grippy enclosure convenient for both hands and has only 4 control elements. Relatively large buttons are conveniently located to be used with heavy gloves. One of the novelties of this series is the encoder knob designed to adjust the image on the spot depending on the environment.

The thermal viewer is ready for operation within 5 seconds aſter the power button is pressed. Then the operator can focus the lens, choose the image polarity (hot-black/hot-white), adjust contrast/brightness/thermal sensitivity with the encoder and use digital zoom (2x/4x/8x).

As all the renewed FORTUNA GENERAL thermal viewers, the BINOCULAR series has a separate input for video recorder and external power supply which increases the device run time up to 50 hours, depending on the battery capacity.
